Did you forget your password?

That's not a problem. Just put your e-mail address in the box to the left and click on the "Get New Password" button.

After that, just check your e-mail and you will have a new random password. Remember, your user id is your full email address (Case sensitive).

Haven't received the reset email?

This can be caused by one of two things:

• Check your spam folder. This happens a lot on Gmail and other free email providers
• The e-mail server that serves your address does not accept e-mail originating from my domain. (Rare, but known with a few providers)
• You do enter your e-mail address correctly. Remember, it is case sensitive.
• You do not have an account on HypnosisFetish.com

I thought I had an active account?

If you haven't received your password reset e-mail, it may be because accounts expire after periods of inactivity. To keep your account active, make purchases that will extend the expiration date on your account.
